In our first of many interviews where we chat with entrepreneurs who have come to America, we spoke with French chef turned Austinite, Kevin D'Andrea. Chef Kévin was a finalist on the culinary TV show Top Chef France in 2015 and was awarded "Best Young Chef of 2016" in France.
